I would like to create Windows 11 Right-Click Menu for drive:



Does the Advanced Installer offer this feature?

Hello and welcome to our forums,

Unfortunately not. You can not create context menu for drives.

You can create context menu on Windows 11 only for:

• File
• Folder
• Background

You can check our Windows 11 Context Menu In Advanced Installer article. On this article you will also find a video tutorial.

I have added this improvement on our TODO list. Unfortunately, as for this moment, since you are the only one requesting such feature, it has quite a low priority. However, that can change if more people will request this over the time to come.

It seems that an application called NanaZip succesfully added context menu for a 'drive' in the main Explorer view:

If I'm not mistaken, this improvement has been added in version 20.9 of Advanced Installer.

If that's the case, I was not informed by the "system" as was promised by @Liviu. Anyway, bug thanks for implementing this, it will definitely make things more productive.

I've checked this and the changelog mentions "Extended classic context menu support for drives".

The feature request was about the Windows 11 modern Right-Click Menu for the drive.
